Every piece in the Eclectic range starts with a natural fibre grown in Bangladesh, kansgrass for our wall decor, storage baskets and tray sets, jute for our rugs and doormats, and is hand-woven by artisans rather than machine-made. That's what gives each piece its raised, textured surface and its small, honest variations from one to the next.
Wall Decor groups sets of round kansgrass plates in six patterns, from a graphic star motif to a one-of-a-kind recycled-sari design, meant to be clustered on a living room or entryway wall. Basket Trays are nesting sets of three round trays in five colourways, useful for storage, serving, or (on two of the five) hanging as wall decor. Storage & Organization covers lidded and open kansgrass baskets for the bedroom, nursery, laundry or living room. Floor Coverings and Doormats are both hand-braided from jute, round rugs sized for the centre of a room, and doormats shaped for the entryway.
Across the whole range, a dry cloth is the safest way to clean any piece; moisture is what shortens the life of natural fibre, not everyday handling. Each collection page has the specific care routine for its own material.
What materials does Eclectic use? Kansgrass, a natural grass grown along Bangladesh's riverbanks, for wall decor, baskets and trays; jute, a natural plant fibre, for rugs and doormats.
Are Eclectic pieces handmade? Yes, every piece is hand-woven by artisans in Bangladesh, so small variations between pieces are part of the craft, not a defect.
Which collection should I start with? Wall Decor and Floor Coverings tend to make the biggest visual difference in a room; Storage & Organization and Basket Trays are the more functional starting point if you need storage first.
