a. Eligibility: We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 6 days of receiving the product.
- The product is not listed under our “Final Sale” category.

c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
2. Refunds
a. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will process your refund. Please allow 6 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds will include the product’s purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges.
b. Refund Timing: Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
